Uploaded Content: Custom photos, word bank selections, and personalized messages uploaded during vault creation.

Payment Information: Credit/debit card details are processed directly and securely by Stripe. JoyVault never stores full credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage Data: Standard log data, IP addresses, browser types, and device information to optimize platform performance.

2.How We Use Your Information

To process, generate, and deliver interactive memory links to your designated recipients.

To purchase and deliver third-party e-gift card claim codes via on-screen reveals and automated emails (via Resend).

To communicate account updates, transaction receipts, and customer support responses.

To secure our platform and prevent fraudulent transactions.

4.Data Retention & Photo Storage

Photos and recipient messages uploaded to JoyVault are stored securely to allow recipients to view, complete their memory game, and download their memories. Users may request full account or content deletion at any time by contacting support.
